We are expanding our EMEA client team in Frankfurt and seeking a confident, commercially minded Account & Sales Manager to drive growth, strengthen key client relationships, and unlock new revenue opportunities across a portfolio of high-profile investment clients.This role will suit someone who excels in proactive account management, strategic cross-selling, upselling, and identifying areas for improved profitability. You’ll help shape the direction of a team that is doubling in size in 2026, working closely with senior stakeholders across Germany and EMEA.
Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Strategy & GrowthDevelop and implement account strategies and sales plans to increase revenue and margin across assigned clients.
Drive cross-sell and upsell activity, identifying unmet needs and positioning C&W services accordingly.
Achieve 2026 commercial growth targets (approx. +10% YoY) through structured account development.
Account Management & Relationship Building
Serve as key point of contact for major investment clients, ensuring high-quality communication and service delivery.
Build strong internal and external relationships, coordinating with sector, service line, and local teams.
Understand each client’s business, priorities, and decision-making structure to anticipate future needs (3–5 year horizon).
Sales Pipeline & Opportunity Management
Own the sales pipeline (captive + new business), ensuring opportunities are identified, qualified, and progressed.
Lead structured sales and account calls with clear agendas and forward-looking action plans.
Prepare client-facing proposals, presentations, and RFP responses in collaboration with Bid and Delivery teams.
Performance, Reporting & Governance
Maintain accurate CRM and sales KPI data, providing monthly insights on relationship health, pipeline, revenue, risks, and opportunities.
Ensure account plans are up to date — including organisation charts, decision matrices, fees, and engagement history.
Drive continuous improvement using client feedback tools (including AI-enabled surveys).
Marketing, Brand & Engagement
Act as an ambassador for the C&W brand with clients and in the market.
Support external marketing, events, and thought leadership to strengthen client engagement.
Ensure all client outputs meet C&W standards of quality and consistency.
Knowledge & Experience5+ years in account management, sales, business development, or client success—ideally in professional services, real estate, consultancy, or a related sector.
Demonstrated ability to grow accounts, drive revenue, and manage senior client relationships.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify new revenue streams.
Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly proactive, structured, and comfortable working with senior leadership.
Fluent German and English required.
