Account Representative
This position will consist of learning the different areas of the IT Services department which include our telephone/broadband provisioning and billing areas. They will process work orders and tickets that come in from our field and corporate locations for telephone and broadband services for new acquisitions, moves, adds, upgrades, and change requests as well as helping with billing analysis and processing on our mobile and broadband/telephone accounts.
The ideal candidate needs to have a positive attitude with the desire to grow and learn within the department. Someone who possesses a strong, project-oriented mindset, and is willing to give 100% effort. The person will also display a good work ethic with the ability to learn quickly. If you’re willing to learn, we will teach you everything you need to know to be successful in IT Services.
U-Haul team members are definitely preferred, and experience with Excel, Word, and Microsoft office is a plus for this position.
