Oversees retailer orders and trade inventory to minimize returns and ensure optimal stock (WOS, SKU mix, door-level accuracy). Serves as a key advisor to the Account Lead to shape overall account strategy. Key Responsibilities: Pre-Season Planning •Contribute to budget, LRP, and gross shipment planning. •Build and refresh monthly/weekly stock flow and ship plans across basic, launch, holiday, and returns. •Identify risks/opportunities to plan and communicate with Account/Sales Planning leads. •Develop audited retail sales plans aligned with retailer and account leads. •Create sales forecasts by door; track results for launches and key events. •Lead seasonal category planning, integrating brand/category strategy, SKU-level analysis, and customer insights. •Provide input on MFPs; assist in closing financial gaps or capitalizing on upside. •Support retailer planning meetings and recommend optimized SKU assortments. •Drive seasonal SKU edits and RTVs; maintain retailer Brand Matrix and assortment documentation. •Partner with Replenishment team to refine retailer ordering parameters. •Build launch/basic side-by-side calendar; review door profiles and update for seasonal planning. In-Season Management •Manage in-season stock/sales plans and monthly Latest Estimate (LE). •Analyze actuals vs. plan, monitor inventory, and adjust ship plans. •Communicate sales/receipt plans and shipment forecasts to retailers. •Flag variances to plan and recommend corrective initiatives. Order Processing •Hold regular retailer calls to review OTB and constraints. •Analyze door/SKU-level performance and influence order recommendations. •Align launch and basic quantities with OTB and seasonal demand. •Monitor fill rates, OOS, and ensure correct SKU/door alignment. •Update shipment forecasts and join field calls to anticipate needs. Inventory Management •Track service levels, WOS, and take corrective action. •Manage lifecycle of inventory (phase-ins/outs, returns, DIFs, markdowns). •Recommend opening orders and MIN/counter stock levels. •Support DIF training and compliance; advise on OOS replacements. •For Specialty-Multi: oForecast for planograms and launches. oMonitor DC WOS and returns. oManage gondola transitions. •Lead annual inventory review and reconcile variances. Allocations •Optimize door-level allocations of launches, samples, and holiday sets. •Communicate launch quantities/ship dates to retailers. Administrative & Strategic Support •Partner with Account Leads on strategy and sales analysis. •Maintain PO logs, OOS reports, and resolve issues with Account Services. •Manage new account openings/closings. •Prepare seasonal retailer packets (SRPs, launches, OOS, RTVs, etc.). •Support field/retailer meetings with reporting and planning materials. Core Competencies: •Strong financial acumen and analytical skills. •Strategic thinker with deep business insight. •Organized, data-driven, and collaborative. **Qualifications** •Bachelor’s degree required. •5+ years in financial planning or stock/sales plan management. •Advanced Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, data cleanup). •Deep understanding of inventory KPIs and forecasting systems. •Excellent communication and negotiation skills. •Self-starter with ability to work independently. **Pay Range:** The anticipated base salary range for this position is **$85,000.00** **to** **$139,600.00** **.** Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
