Position Summary
Perform and manage hands-on accounting operations (AP, GL, and cash management) to ensure accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and efficient processes.
Work closely with operational teams to resolve issues and support business performance.

Key Responsibilities
•Perform daily accounting operations (AP/GL), including journals and reconciliations
•Manage and execute vendor payments
•Handle cash controls, bank reconciliations, and variance analysis
•Execute month-end closing tasks and prepare financial reports
•Ensure compliance with policies, audits, and regulations
•Provide support to team members as needed

•2–4 years of accounting experience; hotel experience preferred
•Experience with PMS (e.g., Opera) is a plus
•Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and English (Conversational) communication skills
•Certification in Nissho Boki Level 3 or comparable experience
