The Payment Team plays a crucial role in managing the payment of invoices, sponsorships, charitable payments and credit cards.
As a Senior Associate you will execute a successful delivery of Account payable function E2E. This include performing massive payments of high critical vendors that have a significant impact on business in a context of system migration.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations, and ensure that service delivery meets or exceeds these expectations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal controls
- Provide regular reports and updates on service delivery performance to senior management
- Collaborate seamlessly across diverse territories and time zones as needed to facilitate efficient and effective communication and work.
- Analyze large, complex sets of data utilizing investigative data tools, and forming clear visualizations that would provide end-users an ability to view related data in new and innovative ways; (Power BI, ThoughtSpot, QlikView)
Requirements:
- Education: Student or graduated in bachelor degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration or similar is a plus. Understand financial systems, possess knowledge of financial operations, business rules, policies and procedures, financial analysis, and reporting including storytelling are required.
- Experience: +3 years approx. in Account payable &/or vendor management or finance/administration. Strong stakeholders management at all levels,
- English: Advanced level (both oral & written).
- Digital Tools: S4 or SAP Cloud (for payments) is mandatory. Nice to have Power BI, ThoughtSpot, QlikView.
- Softs skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion; ability to multi-task and work with a sense of urgency in a dynamic, fast paced environment; organizational skills, highly detail oriented, collaborative, capable to follow multiple deadlines, flexibility, adaptability, self-starter, dynamic.
