The Account Manager 1 is responsible for ensuring client loyalty by working with customers to ensure a successful business partnership with IQVIA. Through project management and collaboration this position is responsible for the day-to day activities in support of assigned clients with a focus on exemplary service and delivery of contracted business
Essential Functions
Understands client’s needs, helps identify and resolve issues, builds and maintains positive client relations.Serves as the client’s contact for their assigned brand(s), home office, and/or business unitDevelops and delivers client reports and reviews with Director/Account Management as appropriateManages and delivers consistently on commitments and results which are based on client and management expectationsLeads internal and external meetingsWorks cross functionally with Operations, Finance and IT department to meet client’s needsWorks with little supervision and direction, although may be provided with incremental support based on complexity of client requestQualifications
Bachelor's Degree ReqAt least 1 to 2 years of related client service/account management experienceExperience in the Pharmaceutical space requiredProficiency in Excel, word, PPT, Centris, & EFX (or the equivalent)Excellent Communication skillsWilling to work in graveyard shiftAmenable to work in Mckinley, TaguigIQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
