We're looking for a driven professional to join the Sustainability Team and help lead this transformation across Amazon's vast network of over 700,000 Selling Partners. Our Sustainable Packaging organization designs and delivers programs that reduce waste, advance packaging automation, lower cost to serve, and strengthen our performance on customer promise.This role sits within the Ship In Product Packaging (SIPP), Selling Partner Engagement (SPE) Organization, where you'll be responsible to connect with sellers selling across the globe and increase their awareness/ adotion and commitment towards sustainable Amazon programs.

- Identify, recruit, and cultivate strong partnerships with Sellers,
- Managing and driving the growth of the Sellers’ business by adding selection and delivering on key business opportunities for Sellers
- Managing key improvement initiatives and projects: Drive new product launches and relationship extensions by partnering with the business development and on-boarding teams
- Working with Sellers to improve operational aspects of their business in providing a great consumer experience
- Tracking and reporting performance using appropriate metrics. Achieve productivity and seller satisfaction targets
A day in the life
1) Conduct outreach calls and meetings with Selling Partners to drive SIPP program enrollment and adoption
2)Review performance dashboards and analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
3)Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Development, Onboarding, Product, and Operations to resolve blockers and align on priorities.
4)Gather and document Selling Partner feedback to inform program enhancements and future strategy
5)Prepare and present business reviews highlighting key metrics, milestones, and areas for improvement
