Responsibilities:
You will handle all correspondence through telephone and email and makes sure that the level of customer service is handled in a timely matter. Follows agencies commercial lines policies and procedures as outlined. Keeps AMS updated with the correct information processed from endorsements or changes. Collaborates with account executives / marketing department for all new business details and assists to figure out complicated issues and resolving them efficiently. Prepare proposals for new business and renewals.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
