Overview Account Manager Wholesale will be responsible for executing the priority customer plans, realizing pricing targets via yearly negotiation, create a strong omni-channel year plan per customer with full focus on delivering the annual operating plan 2025 Responsibilities Responsibilities Business Management Drive business growth by managing customer portfolios effectively: Deliver AOP objectives (Volume, Net Revenue, Profitability) across all categories (e.g., Savoury, Quaker) within budget constraints. Identify and seize business opportunities while creating and executing a robust omnichannel year plan. Analyze customer performance alongside market dynamics (FSIN) and share insights with relevant parties both internally and externally. Build strong internal wiring plans (CS&L, field sales, shopper marketing, and overall connection) and establish external networks. Initiate impactful brand activations and volume-driving initiatives within key wholesale accounts. Develop and execute 2-year wholesale customer plans, prioritizing partnerships with key wholesale customers. Lead negotiations, implementation, and follow-up on Annual Agreements, including pricing strategies. Provide profound AFH understanding (e.g., customer background, account structure, strategy, and international dealings). Deliver input for the IS&OP process per customer to ensure flawless operation. Collaborate with international teams to align goals, share feedback, and secure relevant market support. Customer Relations Represent the company across customer departments to foster strategic relationships: Establish and maintain professional relationships across customer organizations (e.g., HQ, stores, purchase, sales, logistics, marketing, communication, and commercial strategy teams). Maintain regular contact with buyers for day-to-day follow-ups and customer insights. Conduct regular business review sessions with buyers and other key customer departments to optimize communication and identify business opportunities. Actively contribute to top-to-top meetings between the company’s leadership and customer boards. Qualifications Qualifications Strategic Focus: Strong ability to develop and execute long-term strategic customer plans. Analytical Skills: Adept at using data-driven insights to inform business decisions and customer strategies. Collaboration: Exceptional cross-functional team collaboration skills within global and regional teams. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective internal and external presentations. Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and customer priorities. Experience: Previous experience in wholesale account management or a similar position is preferred. Minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG. Leadership: Proven ability to drive results while mentoring and guiding cross-functional teams. Digital Expertise: Familiarity with digital and e-commerce channels is a plus. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation (pricing) skills with a win win mindset Business skills: Strong business acumen, P&L knowledge and act upon actions to drive growth Transformational: how to do it better, how do we win? (internal & external) Degree: Graduate / University degree or equal through experience
