Key responsibilities
In this role, you will actively build sustainable and long-term relationships with major customers (investors, electrical planners, general contractors, developers, and architects). You will manage existing customers and develop new customer relationships. You will present our product portfolio as a comprehensive solution and demonstrate the benefits of our products and software tools as they are applied and legally used in projects. Goals and strategies will be synchronized regionally and pursued jointly. You will represent the brands ABB STOTZ-KONTAKT, Busch-Jaeger Elektro, and ABB Striebel & John. The Account Manager understands the needs of their customers and is responsible for ensuring that these needs are channeled and met to the best of ABB's ability.
In the North-East region, you will work independently as part of the Specification Experts team and take responsibility for your area in the North-East sales territory, covering Bremerhaven, Oldenburg, Bremen, Hannover, Braunschweig, as well as Göttingen and surrounding areas.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Develop and ensure individual, solution-oriented, and values-based collaboration between ABB and customers.Be the primary contact for engineering offices, project developers, electrical planners, architects, housing companies, and general contractors.Acquire customers (defined target groups) for ABB and build or maintain an intensive customer relationship.Continuously optimize collaboration with a focus on individual needs.Manage customer feedback and convey it to the organization.Provide advice on possible technical concepts and solutions (low-voltage systems).Win decision-makers in pre-marketing for our brands and collaboration, building sustainable and long-term relationships with major customers.Project acquisition and project tracking around power supply systems and installation technology.Qualifications for the role
Completed (electro-)technical training in energy technology, e.g., electrical master, technician, or degree in electrical or energy engineering.Proficient in the sizing of system concepts, including the necessary specifications and planning documents (desired and preferred).Very good German language skills, good English language skills.Benefits
