I denne rolle bliver du en nøglespiller i at udvide vores kundebase og sikre langsigtede partnerskaber. **Om rollen** Som Account Manager får du ansvaret for: + **Opsøgende salg** og indgåelse af serviceaftaler for elevatorer. + **Udvikling af nye kunderelationer** og styrkelse af eksisterende. + **Hele salgsprocessen** – fra mødebooking og salgspitch til tilbudsgivning, forhandling og opfølgning. + **Rådgivning og tilpasning af serviceløsninger** , der matcher kundens behov. Du bliver en del af et dynamisk team og refererer til vores Service Branch Manager. Rollen er baseret på Sjælland, men du vil have ansvar for kunder i hele Danmark. **Dine arbejdsopgaver** + Tilbringe 80 % af tiden ude hos kunderne – du er vores ansigt i markedet. + Være kundernes primære kontaktperson for rettidig løsning af deres behov. + Planlægge din tid effektivt mellem kundebesøg og hjemmearbejde. + Udvikle din egen salgsstrategi for at nå ambitiøse mål. + Bruge Otis’ digitale salgsværktøjerog approachtil at spore pipeline, forecast og muligheder. + Forhandle og indgå aftalersamtsikre rettidig betaling. + Samarbejde tæt med kolleger i salg og service for at skabe den bedste kundeoplevelse. **Vi forventer, at du:** + Haren solid baggrund inden for salg, helst inden for service/bygge- eller teknisk salgog gerne inden for elevatorbranchen. + Alternativtkan dukomme fraen anden teknisk rolle i voresbranche,f.eks.tekniker/montørmed meget kundekontakt, ogsøger nye muligheder indenfor salg. + Du har erfaringmedtekniske produkter, der krævertæt dialog medkunden + Du har stærke kommunikationsevner og kan tilpasse løsninger til kundens behov. + Du har evnen til at arbejdemålretteti et højt tempo i en krævende, kompleksogvækstfokuseretvirksomhed. **Vi tilbyder** **:** + En selvstændig stilling i en ambitiøs organisation. + Store muligheder for faglig og personlig udvikling. + Et dynamisk arbejdsmiljø med stor frihed til at planlægge din egen hverdag. + Attraktiv lønpakke medbonus, der afspejler din indsats og succes.
