What you'll doLead sales of Med Surg equipment within key hospital accounts, with a focus on hospital beds, vital signs devices, and connectivity solutions.Develop new business opportunities including tendering, negotiations, and contract management.Achieve targets for revenue, profitability, and the annual Territory Business Plan.Share market updates and contract insights with contract managers.Implement promotional and sales programs in collaboration with marketing, education, training, and applications teams.Partner closely with the Clinical Advisor to run trials, demos, training sessions, and sales activities.What you'll bring7+ years of sales experience with proven consultative selling skills and successful product launches.Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in medical device sales with demonstrated achievements.Solid experience in tendering and managing high‑level contract negotiations.Understanding of connectivity and connected medical ecosystems.Excellent communication, customer orientation, and interpersonal skills.Digital proficiency with Microsoft Office; fluency in Dutch and English required.Reliable, well‑organized, and able to manage your own time and priorities effectively.If you’re ready to step into a role where expertise matters, relationships shape success, and your contribution directly supports the mission to save and sustain lives, we’d love to hear from you.
