+ **Inspire Customer Engagement:** Work with existing clients to unlock untapped potential. Train, coach, and motivate school staff to achieve greater sales results and champion Pearson’s mission.
+ **Drive Sales & Promotion:** Build strategic relationships with key decision makers. Proactively promote Pearson’s products and services, ensuring our solutions are front-of-mind and delivering value.
+ **Collaborate with Stakeholders:** Partner with Marketing Managers, Content teams, and other key stakeholders to deepen your product knowledge and deliver tailored solutions.
+ **Leverage Technology:** Use leading sales tools (including SFDC, PowerPoint, and CRM systems) to maximise your impact and efficiency.
**What We’re Looking For:**
+ A true “hunter” mentality—energized by finding and winning new business, and motivated by the knowledge that every sale helps students and teachers succeed.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field (ideal)
+ Experience in sales or a related field, with a proven record of exceeding targets
+ Outstanding communication, negotiation, and closing skills
+ Highly organized, results-driven, and passionate about making a difference
