Your ImpactAs an Account Manager, you’ll be the face of UFP Site Built in your territory—building strong relationships, solving real-world challenges, and delivering tailored solutions that help our customers succeed. You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-energy team that values innovation, integrity, and results.
What You’ll DoCultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customersIdentify customer needs and deliver smart, cost-effective solutionsDrive new business by promoting our product lines to prospective clientsProvide expert guidance and troubleshooting supportAnalyze cost savings and value-added opportunities for customersMonitor market trends and stay ahead of the competitionManage accounts receivable and participate in month-end inventoryPrepare reports and contribute to strategic planningEnsure customer creditworthiness and support financial processesWhat You BringBachelor’s degree preferred—or equivalent experience in a related field5+ years of experience in building materials sales or a related industryStrong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Manufacturing or construction background preferredFamiliarity with UFP’s culture and product lines is a plusWhat We OfferWe believe in rewarding talent and hard work.
