Thermo Fisher Scientific LATAM are looking for an Account Manager based in Guadalajara and responsible for the Pacific and Bajío area. This excellent opportunity allows you to thrive in a dynamic market, bringing your skills to successfully implement sales strategies and build lasting relationships with customers.

The role holder will be responsible for develop different markets, implementing sales strategy and tactics for related product lines and applications to achieve sales figures in line with the Company’s strategy and growth initiatives within the Region. Therefore, the ability to think critically and plan optimally are key skills required.

Responsibilities include crafting, implementing, tracking, and reporting performances of the sales plan, targets, and forecasts. Drive our solutions by working with marketing and global business units. Partner with our Specialists in the region to identify and develop potential leads.

Responsibilities:

Achieve growth and hit sales targetsCreate and present weekly and quarterly forecastsSales forecasting, developing "out of the box" sales strategies/models, and evaluating their effectivenessAssess skills, needs, and build lasting and productive relationships with customers and colleaguesSeek new accounts and generate and/or follow up on leadsParticipate in meetings, sales events, and product trainingReport and provide feedback to management using statistical dataMaintain and expand the customer database within your territoryBuild and promote lasting relationships with customers by partnering with them and understanding their needsIdentify competitors and develop tactical activitiesAdditional duties/responsibilities as per company needsBe proactive, focused, and have an attitude of always seeking Involvement, Innovation, Integrity, and Intensity

Minimum Qualification:

Complete education in Biological SciencesMin 5 years sales experience in life scienceExperience in handling clinical and research accountsKnowledge of basic Office Suite toolsStrong interpersonal and relationship development skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsTravel availability: 50%Driver´s licenceSalesForce, MS Office knowledge
