 Ecolab is a global leader in water, hygiene, and energy technologies, serving multiple markets in over 160 countries. Our Life Sciences Division focuses on cleaning and disinfection for the Pharmaceutical and Personal Care Industry.

We seek an experienced Account Manager to oversee our Adriatic region, managing key accounts and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Increase Sales: Grow existing accounts and secure new business.Develop Strategy: Collaborate on growth strategies for corporate accounts.Coordinate Activities: Manage trials, program rollouts, and pricing.Build Relationships: Maintain strong connections with stakeholders.Identify Opportunities: Address challenges and prospects proactively.Product Rollout: Strategize new product introductions.Market Engagement: Promote through events and seminars.Sales Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts.Teamwork: Foster collaboration within Ecolab.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s in Microbiology, Biology, or related field.Experience:3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in key account management.5+ years in pharmaceutical or similar environments.Skills: Strong relationship management, planning, and communication skills.Other: Valid driver's license; willingness to travel up to 30%; excellent Slovenian and English; German is a plus.
