Account Manager is Techno commercial Role responsible for promoting and developing GSG business for the Products such as Real Time PCR, Digital PPCR,Sanger sequencer, Next Generation sequencer, and Microarray in assigned territory of Kerala.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve or exceed sales plan by maintaining existing customer business and developing new customers in the assigned territory.

Work with the technical sales team to establish our products as per client requirements.

Drive sales activity and generate opportunities covering the assigned territory in parts of Karnataka and Kerala.

Develop relationships at key accounts to build a positive relationship and expand business opportunities for the Genetic Sciences Group.

Deliver bookings and revenues on the annual sales plan in line with the sales budget.

Be accountable for the commercial performance and growth in the share of wallet of the designated account.

Provide quarterly and monthly prospect pipeline and revenue forecasts across all business units.

Collaborate with internal support function teams to develop joint initiatives and provide appropriate customer support.

Prioritize regular reviews with key accounts.

Manage channel partners effectively; prior experience is preferable.

Map and report direct and indirect sales in the account.

Ensure supplies to the account by coordinating with the operations team.

Proficiencies Needed:

Educational Qualifications & Experience: Postgraduate preferably in Science, MBA, or Management.

Proven track record in sales, with experience in academic, clinical, pharma/biopharma, and forensic customer segments preferred.

Sound knowledge of compliance and process management.

Reliable forecasting and modeling capability.

Strong communication, presentation, and commercial skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Self-starter and go-getter who drives actions with passion and serves as a consultant to target accounts.

Ability to implement account-specific strategic plans.

Strong convincing and influencing skills.
