What's in it for you
Thermo King BeLux sells, rents, installs, maintains, and repairs Thermo King refrigeration units, air conditioners, batteries, charging solutions, generators, and cooling systems, along with related products such as tracking solutions. These products and services are sold to companies active in road transport, maritime shipping, bus transport, rail transport, and intermodal transport.
As a Junior Account Manager, you are responsible for the growth and profitability of sales activities in your sales region within Belgium. The region for this position is Limburg, Luik and Aftermarket in Belgium.
This includes developing and implementing coordinated marketing and sales plans, B2B programs, training sessions, and business development activities. You drive the growth and profitability of our Refrigerated Transport solutions by optimizing sales performance within the existing customer network, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding the customer base.
What you will do
Achieve the commercial objectives of your region and of Thermo King BeLux as a whole.
Optimize relationships and sales performance within the existing customer network.
Drive Business Development in your region: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the Refrigerated Transport Equipment & Service industry.
Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Represent the Company: Represent Thermo King BeLux at industry events, trade fairs, and networking events.
Collaborate with colleagues within the commercial department and other relevant colleagues and partners to achieve Thermo King BeLux objectives.
What you will bring
Min. 2 years of B2B experience with a proven track record.Industry Expertise: Experience in (Refrigerated) Transport or a comparable industry is a plus.Business Development Skills: Strong ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Fluent proficiency in Dutch, French, and English.
Excellent Networking and Presentation Skills.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset.
Self-starter, flexible, persistent.
Experience in Account Management, Business Development, and consultative selling, preferably in a comparable industry.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, ERP, and CRM systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic skills, both verbal and written.
Willingness to travel within Belgium and a few times per year internationally.
