Account Manager IAA

IAA, an RB Global Company is seeking a Title Operations Implementation Account Manager to join our team. This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the United States, with a limited travel element to support business needs.

The Account Manager is the ambassador to our customers. Responsible for working with and consulting providers and our internal stakeholder including onboarding and training on new markets/regions on the end-to-end titling process, distributing operational performance metrics, monitoring cycle times, and implementing and providing oversight for new services and processes. The Account Manager will also interact with IAA Operations, Sales, and corporate personnel. This role requires a strong level of organization and the ability to transition effectively between administrative, operational, and process-related functions.  The person filling this role must be comfortable building presentations for customers and leadership.  The ability to build, analyze and interpret complex data is a must. 

 

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Provide superior customer service while providing customer daily assistance with communication between IAA branches, title centers, and providers. Monitor SLA compliance and work with operations and title teams to determine cause and appropriate action plan in instances where compliance is not met. Facilitate resolution of provider(s) complaints and work with necessary internal teams to address areas of concern.  Find innovative solutions to solve for complex problems.  Create and work with IAA data team to provide report framework on data request from provider(s) and IAA operations.  Analyze, interpret, and communicate requests. Provide insights based on reporting and historical trends to provider(s) regularly, in addition to ad hoc data requests from provider(s). Build and maintain strong business relationships with providers and internal stakeholders.

Competencies:

5+ years of vehicle titling knowledge/experience developing partnerships with vendors and customers.  Candidate must show history of tactful and positive dealings with all levels of personnel within an organization, internal and external. Able to effectively influence internal and external stakeholders to favorable outcomes.  Excellent oral presentation and written communication skills essential. Exhibit great collaboration skills, with a willingness to work with cross-functional teams. Able to identify trends and effectively communicate opportunities using data and dashboards. Capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing, and adjusting schedules to meet multiple deadlines. Able to work independently and be a self-starter. Possess the ability to effectively problem solve and develop innovative solutions. Proficient in Microsoft suite of products. Candidate would ideally have experience with data analysis and visualization, worked or have prior client/vendor experience and/or an insurance background.  Ability to travel 25% for work purposes.
