Account Manager - Heart Rhythm Management
In this role as Sales Specialist within our Image Guided Therapy Devices business, Heart Rhythm Management; you have the opportunity to achieve field sales objectives by servicing and training current Lead Management customers in South England (Electrophysiologists and Cardiac Surgeons) and identifying and securing new clients. This is a very complex, process oriented, high level sales position that requires passion, enthusiasm and entrepreneurial mind set. This position will be field based from a convenient location for frequent travels throughout South of England. **You are responsible for** + Achieving and growing sales in assigned territory; assisting in advancing revenue and market position consistent with Company goals; achieving solid account penetration and developing new target accounts. + Developing and managing key customer relationships, services sales territory and interfaces with customers directly including physicians, laboratories, distributors and hospitals. + Serving existing and prospective customers by implementing and verifying customer needs and requirements and by meeting or exceeding their expectations. + Conducting sales presentations for new and existing customers as necessary. Conducts training sessions on products. + Preparing the annual account plan in line with the regional strategy and execute at area level + Establish & execute the sales plan + Contribute to the development and implementation of local marketing strategiesOrganizes the necessary actions and makes sure the required results are met in time + Meeting with customers to define product/service needs and specifications. Continuously works with customers to monitor product performance and needs. + Interfacing with marketing to quantify needs and to provide intelligence to management on competitive products and Company product enhancements. **You are part of** The IGT medical devices UK & Ireland team, where a professional but stimulating workplace atmosphere is valued and a diverse multi-functional team will greet you. For more information about the devices : : https://www.usa.philips.com/healthcare/solutions/interventional-devices-and-therapies/lead-management **To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and/or experience + 3+ years in medical equipment, device sales, or disposable sales related to Electrophysiology or Interventional Cardiology + Experience working in the medical device field required (must have) + Excellent advocacy and persuasive skills + Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with persons contacted in the course of performing assigned duties including Company management and outside business associates + Knowledge of computer applications (i.e.: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point) required + Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively (is a must) Due to the role working in the healthcare environment, a standard DBS (Disclosure and Baring Service) criminal record check will be required for this role.
