AbbVie has been a leading company within the Immunology field for a long time with a huge commitment to the exciting Immunology areas Rheumatology, Dermatology and Gastroenterology. In the coming years, we will launch both existing and new compounds within several indications.
Do you want to be a part of this exciting journey? We are now expanding our team within Dermatology and are looking for an experienced Account Manager to cover Stockholm/North (thus, a suitable residential area is Stockholm and its surroundings).
About the position
As an account manager, you are responsible for the sales development of your dermatology product. You lead a cross-functional in-field team responsible for executing brand strategies and implementation of tactics to achieve set goals, always placing the patient in the center in accordance with AbbVie’s values and guiding principles. Your mission is to maximize sales and market share while building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders, including health care professionals and payers.
Key responsibilities in this role:
* Based on the Brand Strategy, develop a robust tactical Account Plan including segmentation and targeting, in collaboration with the Infield team, and prioritize tactical efforts based on potential.
* Engage cross-functional resources to create impactful, multi-channel tactics.
* Conduct in-depth business analyses and proactively identify new opportunities.
* Optimize financial resources to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
* Capture customer insights to navigate strategies and tactics.
* Build and maintain strong networks with key stakeholders.
* Ensure access to customers and collaborate with the full Brand Team to implement valuable initiatives.
Qualifications
To be successful in this position we expect you to have:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry as sales representative for specialty products
* Experience and customer contacts within the Dermatology area is a plus, but not required
* A bachelor's degree, biological sciences, pharmacy, business related field, or equivalent
* Proven ability to work effectively cross-functionally, and an ability to lead, motivate and coordinate the cross functional team.
* Strong relationship-building skills with Key Opinion Leaders and other
stakeholders
* One of your key motivators is to create positive sales growth and you bring a strong track record in sales development
* Project management experience, due diligence, coordination and follow up skills
* You bring experience in leading (create & conduct) complex and big customer meetings with external lecturers.
* Experience and interest in digital communication channels to ensure continuous and interactive customer interaction
* You have strong self-leadership skills and a strong own engine to continuously develop tactics needed to strive towards set objectives.
* Examination from LIF education or similar
* A valid driver's license.
* Fluency in Swedish, with strong English proficiency.
