**What’s in it for you:**
As an **Account Manager – Dearler Sales** you will provide sales support to the Dealer & Parts sales processes, enhancing customer service level capabilities.
In this role, you are primarily responsible for delivering on our business strategy by developing long-term customer relationships with building owners and strengthening our existing customer base with a focus on providing customers a total solution for the most energy efficient buildings.

**Where is the work:**
This position is eligible to work based in San Juan, PR.
**What you will do:**
+ Handle general phone calls, e-mails & in-house customer inquiries and requests for Parts & Unitary departments.
+ Dealer equipment price quotes
+ Conduct sales of HVAC parts, equipment, & supplies over the phone, and walk-in customers.
+ Provides technical support to customers
+ Provides equipment & parts inventory availability
+ Receives & process customers equipment & parts orders
+ Actively makes aware customers of products promotions
+ Responds to customers enquiries, questions, or complaints regarding products or services
+ Knowledge of the Trane product line to be able and demonstrate and discuss with customers
+ Follows up verbally or in writing to ensure total customer satisfaction
+ Proper canalization of customer inquiries to other departments.
+ Willing to work under pressure and able to perform the duties on time.
+ Customer oriented and excellent interpersonal relations.
+ Enquires and communicates customer’s perceptions by gathering customer feedback and sharing information with management.
+ Able to work overtime and weekends as required.
+ Follows up to Unitary Projects, managing commercial variables like Pipeline Management and Accounts Management, using Trane designated tools, like Salesforce or similar.

+ Computer knowledge (Windows, MS Office, Oracle)
+ Two years certificate from college (associate degree) or technical school in HVAC, and three to five years of customer service experience dealing directly with customers.

$51.300,00 - $91.900,00
