The Opportunity:
The Account Manager Consumer Beverage is responsible for successfully managing existing bottling locations and relationships and establishing new opportunities within existing bottling locations
How you will impact Smurfit Westrock:
Complete MQRs quote requests for new machinery placements Enter opportunities in Salesforce for new machinery and new itemsDemonstrate strong attention to detail especially when reviewing new business opportunitiesAssisting with customer forecasting (internal and external); aged cartons; AR resolutionAssist with handling of DMR database for responsible bottling plantsFollow timeline Ensure documentation is appropriate for DMR processingComplete RCCA according to timeline and attached to DMRAdd appropriate comments to DMREnsure closure of complaints and customer communication follow-upSchedule and conduct SRMs in each bottling location at least annuallyIdentify bottling plant efficienciesManage travel schedule and T&E budgetSupport the “enterprise” for all Coca-Cola businessAssist bottling plants with coordination of the following as necessary:Carton Quality TrainingMachinery TrainingPallet Return ProgramBottling line machinery / line performanceLate deliveriesSlipstream PM programsCustomer service liaison as necessaryMachinery performance and escalations as necessaryWhat you need to succeed:
Bachelor’s degree preferredMinimum of 5 years of business-to-business (B2B) Sales experience (Manufacturing/service industry preferred) Related experience in sales execution and pipeline managementAbility to drive results by influencing others within different functionsAbility to create and deliver engaging presentations to internal and external audiencesDemonstrated sales competence and financial acumenMicrosoft Office – Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, WordExperience with Salesforce.comReporting tools such as QlikViewWillingness to travel at a minimum of 50%What we offer:
