Account Manager-Bilingual Japanese
Account Manager-Bilingual Japanese Adecco is looking for people with strong Account Manager-Bilingual Japanese skills who will be responsible for coordinating orders and projects for a Media client in the Burbank, CA area! This is a temporary assignment. This Account Manager-Bilingual Japanese requires strong coordination across internal teams, external vendors, and studio partners to ensure timely and accurate execution of title launches. Responsibilities: + Act as the main point of contact with studios on behalf of the client. + Manage studio onboarding for AVOD workflows within client-specific portals. + Maintain relationships with the Business Development team and provide regular updates on title launch status. + Oversee avails submissions for all titles using proprietary fulfillment tools. + Collaborate with operational teams and external vendors to ensure timely content delivery to platforms. + Participate in recurring meetings including: + Monthly syncs with client Business Teams + Weekly standups with vendors + Weekly syncs with direct studio contacts + Manage relicensing windows for all programming. + Prepare and lead quarterly studio review sessions as needed. + Serve as an escalation point for client-related workflows. + Other duties as assigned. Strong organizational and communication skills. 3. Ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities in a fast-paced environment. 4. Experience working with studio partners and client-facing teams. 5. **Bilingual in Japanese and English (verbal and written).** Shifts Available: Shifts are available from Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Hybrid schedule.
