Join IFF, as we expand our Food Biosciences team in Mexico & Central America! We’re seeking a passionate Account Manager with expertise in bakery enzymes to drive commercial success, strengthen customer relationships, and grow our presence across the region.

🌟 What You’ll Do:

Manage and grow key accounts in the bakery industry, positioning IFF as a trusted partnerProvide technical and commercial support to customers, offering tailored enzyme solutionsLead commercial engagement with bakery customers in Mexico & Central America, develop a strong opportunity pipeline, grow business in underpenetrated markets, and manage distributor relationshipsIdentify new business opportunities and market trends to expand our footprintCollaborate with internal teams—R&D, Marketing, Applications, and Product Management—to deliver customer-driven innovationsNegotiate pricing and commercial termsRepresent IFF at industry events and seminars to enhance brand visibility
