Within Customer Quality department, as the Technical Account Manager Appetizer you will develop, define and implement strategies and processes that will support the achievement of customer focus and satisfaction, ensuring product quality and service quality for its dedicated business organization pillar.
Report to: Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality and Sensory Director
What you’ll be doing.
Accountable for the Technical Information to the Customer and Business Partners (such as Product Specifications, Questionnaires and related documents) in a timely and effective manner,Support the Business Partners in Technical Discussion with the customers.Support the New Product launch with the handover process with R and D.Review quality issues with ISC teams to take decision & escalate when necessary to ensure the Product Quality in the market meets the Customer’s expectations.Follow the impact of Product dispensation if needed.With the support of the Quality complaint Coordinator, Plant Quality team, follows the Complaint management, action plans, Customer answers when necessary.Make specifications changes in a timely manner throughout PLM based on defined process flow. Education:: Minimum 4 years of experience working within food manufacturing organizationSkills: Active listener with a curious mindset, ready to go to factories as well as to customers English (mandatory) and : Prior work with R&D, Marketing, Quality, or Manufacturing teams is a plusJoin us and help shape the future of appetizers!
