What is a Facility Solutions Manager?
Think of it as an Account Manager with superpowers. You’re the main point of contact for your own book of business—handling everything from client check-ins and service issues to recommending new solutions that make clients’ jobs easier. If you love building relationships, taking ownership, and seeing the results of your work every day, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
+ Managing your own portfolio of commercial clients—building trust, checking in, and making sure their facilities run like clockwork.
+ Handling service issues, quality checks, and day-to-day needs—you’re not tied to a desk; you’re in the field, making things happen.
+ Spotting ways to add value: See a need? Recommend a new service and help clients get more from City Wide.
+ Partnering with our operations team and contractors to deliver top-notch results.
+ Using our CRM to stay organized and keep everyone in the loop
What We’re Looking For:
+ Experience in facility management, account management, or B2B services (3–5 years preferred—but drive and follow-through matter most).
+ A communicator who thrives on building relationships and solving problems.
+ Organized, accountable, and proactive—you own your results.
+ Valid driver’s license, clean record, and the flexibility to visit clients throughout the northern Dayton area.

COMPENSATION
Base Salary, Uncapped Commission, Mileage Reimbursement ($0.70/mile)
Total Year 1: $80,000-$90,000
Total After Year 1: $100,000+
