What You Will Do:

Demonstrate the ability to work in a safety-focused environmentDeveloped/design comprehensive chemical treatment programs for water systems, including cooling towers, chillers, boilers, reverse osmosis , and wastewater systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with environmental standardsDrive sales growth and meeting monthly and yearly sales KPIsMaintain rigorous follow-up with clients throughout the bidding and negotiation process to foster trust and secure dealsCraft detailed technical and commercial proposals, showcasing a deep understanding of client needs and industry standardsCollaborate seamlessly across departments to align customer requirements with company capabilities, ensuring a unified approach to client satisfactionIdentify potential customers and market segments to focus on and develop strategies to grow the salesProvide technical assistance in optimizing customers' water treatment applicationsPerform activities that ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, including providing accurate reports and maintaining effective customer communication and relationshipsAssist with on-site customer training using operational training materials at assigned accountsParticipate in developing solutions to improve the performance of customers' water treatment processes

Minimum Qualifications:

The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and candidates should be flexible to relocateBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering7-15 years of sales experience in Water Treatment Chemicals SalesExcellent interpersonal and English communication (written and verbal) skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
