Account Manager

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Manage and grow assigned client accounts through **renewals, upselling, and cross-selling** of IQVIA solutions
+ Identify and drive **new business opportunities** within existing and new accounts
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with **senior client stakeholders** (GM, Department Heads, etc.)
+ Lead **client discussions and presentations** on business solutions and insights
+ Develop and deliver **proposals, contracts, and commercial agreements**
+ Collaborate with internal teams (consulting, data, operations) to ensure seamless solution delivery
+ Monitor market trends and provide strategic recommendations to clients
+ Ensure achievement of **sales targets and revenue goals**
**Qualifications & Experience**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field
+ **2–3 years of experience** in sales, account management, or business development(preferably at a specialist, supervisor or lead level)
+ Experience in **healthcare industry required** ; pharmaceutical experience is an advantage
+ Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive revenue growth
+ Exposure to **contracting, proposal development, and deal negotiations**
**Skills & Competencies**
+ Strong business acumen with ability to handle **high-level stakeholder discussions**
+ Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate insights
+ Excellent **presentation and communication skills**
+ Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint**
+ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
