Job Title: Sales & Procurement Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Sales & Procurement Representative to enhance customer relationships, develop suppliers, and handle light purchasing within the automotive manufacturing industry. This role involves close collaboration with Tier 1 customers, internal teams, and outsourcing partners to support pricing, quoting, and the launch of new programs.

Responsibilities

Maintain relationships with 4 Tier 1 customers and 4 outsourcing suppliers.Support new business development, quoting, pricing updates, and prototype requests.Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and Production Control on new project start-ups.Analyze design, material, and process changes for cost impact.Manage approximately 5 purchase orders per week for outsourced products.Assist with supplier negotiations and issue resolution.Utilize Excel for reporting, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts.Work within the IQMS ERP system (experience not required).

Essential Skills

Experience working for a manufacturing company in a sales/procurement role.Experience in sales, purchasing, sourcing, or program management.Proficient in Excel.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a small team environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bilingual in Japanese and English is an advantage.

Work Environment

This position is onsite with working hours from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $62000.00/yr.

Does include an onsite Wellness center and HSA. Typical $18-30/month for single person, family $44-120/month depending on options.
