Job Title: Account ManagerJob Description

We are seeking two dynamic Account Managers for an office space solutions firm. This role offers the flexibility of being 100% remote or a hybrid setup in downtown Seattle, with the benefit of free parking for those visiting client sites. The primary responsibility is to actively direct and perform activities to ensure timely completion of client projects and accounts. The Account Manager will focus on building strong client and vendor relationships through trust, respect, and effective communication. Expertise in strategic planning, customer service, and risk mitigation is essential for the seamless execution of office space solutions. Collaborating with internal and external teams ensures high-quality service and timely project delivery.

ResponsibilitiesWork with clients and their representatives to determine project goals, including aesthetics, budget, and functionality.Prepare pricing and quotations for RFP responses and proposals.Identify space planning solutions and collaborate with internal Designers for 2-D & 3-D Typicals, Floor Plans, and Renderings for client approval.Oversee order management while considering the overall project schedule.Coordinate product receipt, delivery, and installation with customer service and installation partners.Focus on long-term client retention by providing ongoing support post-installation, including product and research updates, warranty management, and addressing future needs.Essential SkillsMinimum 3 years of work experience in the commercial interiors industry with practical knowledge of commercial furnishings.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in ProjectSpec5, Excel, Smartsheet, Plangrid, and MS Project.Additional Skills & QualificationsHaworth product knowledge is a plus.Experience in CAD and Design is advantageous.Work Environment

The role involves traveling to various client sites to manage projects. Projects can range from a single large project lasting six months to multiple smaller projects over the same period. The position offers free parking in downtown Seattle for those opting for a hybrid work setup and includes a 250 car allowance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.

Free parking pass if going onsite\n$250 car allowance since driving to client sites
