Account Manager
Job Title: Account Sales ManagerJob Description We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Account Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, develop new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build long-term partnerships with customers while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities + Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. + Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts. + Understand client needs and ensure solutions meet their business objectives. + Identify new sales opportunities and potential clients. + Develop strategies to grow existing accounts and expand product offerings. + Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. + Coordinate with internal teams including production, logistics, and quality to ensure customer requirements are met. + Monitor account performance and customer satisfaction. + Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account plans. + Maintain knowledge of company products, market trends, and industry developments. + Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and competitive activity. + Resolve customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner. + Ensure a high level of service and support throughout the sales process. Work Environment This is an onsite position with a Monday to Friday schedule. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $31.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
