Job Title: Account ManagerJob Description

We are seeking two dedicated Account Managers for an office space solutions firm. This role offers flexibility, allowing for 100% remote work or a hybrid arrangement in downtown Seattle, with the added benefit of free parking. The primary responsibility is to ensure the timely completion of client projects and accounts. The Account Manager builds strong relationships with clients and vendors through trust, respect, and effective communication. Expertise in strategic planning, customer service, and risk mitigation is essential for seamless execution of office space solutions. By working closely with both internal and external teams, the organization ensures high-quality service and timely project delivery.

ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with clients and their representatives to determine project goals, including aesthetics, budget, and functionality.Prepare pricing and quotations for RFP responses and proposals.Identify space planning solutions and work with internal designers to create 2-D & 3-D typicals, floor plans, and renderings for client approval.Oversee order management while considering the overall project schedule.Coordinate with customer service and installation partners for product receipt, delivery, and installation.Focus on long-term client retention by providing ongoing support to end users post-installation, including product updates, warranty management, and addressing future needs.Essential SkillsSalesConstructionProject managementCustomer serviceAccount managementFurniture expertiseProjectSpec5 proficiencySmartsheet expertiseMS Project proficiencyPlangrid proficiencyDesign skillsMicrosoft Office proficiencyRFI managementEngineering knowledgeEstimation skillsAdditional Skills & QualificationsMinimum 3 years of work experience in the commercial interiors industry with a strong working knowledge of commercial furnishings.Haworth product knowledge is a significant advantage.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Experience with CAD and design is beneficial.Proficiency in ProjectSpec5, Excel, Smartsheet, Plangrid, and MS Project is highly advantageous.Regular communication and collaboration with key external and internal stakeholders, including A&D firms, end users, GCs, manufacturer representatives, sales leads, CAD designers, customer service, installation teams, and senior management.Work Environment

This role involves traveling to various client sites to manage projects. Projects vary in size and duration, with one project potentially lasting 6 months or completing multiple smaller projects within the same timeframe. The hybrid work arrangement offers flexibility, and those opting for office days benefit from free parking downtown and a car allowance.

This is a Permanent position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.

Free parking pass if going onsite\n$250 car allowance since driving to client sites

This is a fully remote position.
