The role focuses on developing key accounts, executing national strategies, and achieving sales targets by promoting the full RDx portfolio. **Key Responsibilities** + Grow markets and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory. + Identify and prioritize regional opportunities, building strong stakeholder relationships across healthcare settings. + Manage and expand a portfolio of accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and proactive problem resolution. + Represent Abbott at congresses, presentations, and customer meetings. + Monitor competition, identify new business opportunities, and report insights to management. + Uphold and enhance Abbott’s image in the territory. + Drive long‑term strategic partnerships across primary and secondary care. **Requirements** + Technical/scientific background (biochemistry, biotechnology, immunology, hematology, etc.). + Experience in medical laboratories or hospital environments. + Proven sales success in healthcare or biomedical sectors. + Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. + Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). + Fluent in Dutch and English. **Personal Qualities** + Customer-focused, proactive, articulate, and confident. + Strong time management and ability to handle complex tasks. + Creative, results-driven, and collaborative. **Frequent travel required.** An Equal Opportunity Employer Abbot welcomes and encourages diversity in our workforce.
