We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter who is able to work autonomously as well as part of a team. To succeed you will require very good attention to detail, ability to communicate with a multitude of different stakeholders and a commitment to safety and compliance. The purpose of the job is to deliver agreed sales and financial objectives, maximize marketing strategies and work consistently with sales plans and directions.

 

Main tasks and responsibilities

 

Deliver revenue, volume, growth in company brands, and market share targets in conjunction with the marketing plan Maintain and build profitable business relationships with both existing and new customers Preparation of an annual sales plan Collection of competitor intelligence Reporting.

 

What you’ll need to succeed

 

Solid CRM knowledge and disciplines Tenacity to meet and exceed sales and financial targets Ability to read market trends and act in a proactive manner to facilitate a positive result for both Hiab Australia and our customers Self-motivated and autonomous worker but must also be able to work in a team Determination to satisfy customer needs Very good administrative and time management skills Excellent communication (including written) and interpersonal skills Previous sales experience in a related field will be highly regarded.
