Description
The Account Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of FWCs under supervision of an Account Director or the Head of ADs. The Account Manager excels in handling clients, engage with clients on regular basis in order to develop its portfolio but also to seek feedback on the Agency performance. The Account Manager works very closely with the designated project team in order to provide the client insights, client feedback and the direction for ensuring client satisfaction. The Account Manager is responsible of developing financial and technical offers, defend those proposals and ensure compliance with contractual rules.
Ideally, AM will have significant experience in event industry (from developing offers, solid knowledge of event suppliers and experience with event implementation).
The Account Manager will respect imposed deadline and be at ease working under peak times. Under supervision of the AD or Head of ADs, the Account Manager will develop FWC activation plan, put measures and actions in place to meet the KPIs and report regularly on financial and client satisfaction progresses. Finally, the Account Manager will ensure timely delivery of final reports and collection of cash.
**_Main Responsibilities_**
+ Developing, creating, defending and managing complex budgets, offers and client proposals. Main focus is on developing event budgets.
+ Accountable and responsible for activating, nurturing, and engaging with clients across different projects
+ Development and gain new **communication skills** in order to better defend our proposals to clients and better sell them.
+ **Work closely with the NB** in capturing upcoming new business opportunities and client insights. Facilitating **new business development** activities by providing strategic input, and proactively participating to the development of tender narrative.
+ Ensuring the correct **financial, contractual and operational management** of the given Accounts with the support of either an Account Director or/and the Head of Ads.
+ Ensuring high **quality** work is delivered: meeting professional standards and client expectations, by ensuring Prince2 processes are applied, by closely monitoring all assigned specific contracts.
+ Working closely with the Heads of different services provided by ICF Next, Expert Team Leaders , CBS Teams (Recruitment, Finance, etc) in creating new service offerings, working on innovative & creative services to sell to clients.
+ Ensure a **team spirit** , promoting **professionalism** and **curious** attitude.
+ Ensuring that **regular reporting** on clients and FWCs status is carried out and that risks assessment is in place.
+ Participate in bringing to live the new ICF Next Vision and work on synergies with other ICF divisions when applicable.
