Strategic Account Management:

Manage and execute comprehensive e-commerce account plans that align with adidas's global sales strategies and brand objectives. Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders at assigned e-commerce accounts, including buyers, merchandisers, marketing teams, and operations. Identify new business opportunities and growth levers within existing accounts. Negotiate commercial terms, promotional calendars, and marketing investments to maximize profitability and market share.

Sales & Performance Optimization:

Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned accounts. Monitor and analyze sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and other key e-commerce metrics. Proactively identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop actionable strategies to address them. Manage product assortments, ensuring optimal stock levels, timely launches, and effective lifecycle management.

Marketing & Merchandising Collaboration:

Work closely with internal marketing, merchandising, and product teams to ensure optimal product presentation, content accuracy, and promotional execution on partner platforms. Manage and implement joint marketing campaigns with e-commerce partners to drive traffic and sales. Ensure brand guidelines and product storytelling are consistently and effectively communicated across all digital touchpoints.

Forecasting & Planning:

Manage accurate sales forecasts and demand plans in collaboration with planning and operations teams. Manage inventory flow and order fulfillment processes to ensure product availability and minimize out-of-stocks.

Market Intelligence:

Stay abreast of e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in the digital retail space. Provide insights and recommendations to internal teams based on market observations and partner feedback.

Reporting & Communication:

Prepare regular performance reports, business reviews, and presentations for internal stakeholders and external partners. Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
