Account Manager
Detailed Description

The Account Manager is responsible for conducting field work to expand Netsync’s client base and for maintaining relationships with assigned account partners to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Work in an outside sales environment to identify opportunities and manage them through the entire sales life cycle; this includes, but is not limited to, visiting client sites, bringing clients in for tours, entertaining clients in social settings, etcDrive within the assigned territory and designated location parametersTake a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, including but not limited to conducting local and online research, making phone calls, and networking through existing contacts and clientsBuild and maintain key relationships with strategic clients and manufacturing partnersDevelop a strong understanding of Netsync’s products and services in order to communicate these effectively to potential clients and partnersGain a thorough understanding of Netsync’s internal operations to effectively coordinate efforts across different business unitsResponsible for achieving top-line revenue and gross profit (annual GP target: $650K)Enter account data and related metrics into the CRM system for manager reviewSome travel required to attend trainings, partner events, and Netsync required gatheringsSkills and ExperienceBe self-motivated and highly competitiveDemonstrate strong communication skills and self-motivationWork effectively in a team setting and collaborate well with clients and partnersBe service-oriented and focused on meeting the needs of clients, manufacturing partners, and NetsyncPerform well under pressure and confidently handle executive-level conversationsPossess in-depth knowledge of OEM sales programs and understand how to leverage them to maximize success as an Account ManagerMaintain a strong drive for professional growth and consistently strive to exceed sales goalsMinimum Qualifications/Technical and Educational RequirementsBachelor’s degree preferred

3–5+ years of experience in corporate account management and sales preferred
