Description We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a key part in managing client relationships, ensuring exceptional service, and supporting operational efficiency. This position is based in Brentwood, Tennessee, and offers an opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team while contributing to client success. Responsibilities: • Facilitate the transfer of files and data across various systems to maintain operational accuracy. • Schedule and lead regular client meetings to review account performance, provide training, and address any concerns. • Make informed decisions regarding account setup and support, including approving fee adjustments or resolving transactional issues. • Work closely with internal teams to ensure clients receive seamless support and service. • Diagnose and resolve client issues related to system functionality, training gaps, or configuration challenges. • Assist in designing and testing new processes to enhance the overall user experience. • Act as a key advocate for process improvements and system efficiencies to benefit both clients and the organization. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent required. • At least 3 years of progressive experience in a call center or customer service role, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Strong analytical and decision-making skills to address client concerns effectively. • Proven ability to manage support for a large and diverse client base. • Experience in account management, B2B sales, and building strong client relationships is highly desirable.
