Description We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join a thriving team in the Mechanicsburg area. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, capable of creating compelling presentations, and experienced in providing exceptional customer service. A strong administrative background and the ability to manage relationships with clients are essential for this role. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met while building long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities + Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. + Create and deliver professional, engaging presentations to clients or internal teams using tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint or CRM software. + Provide an excellent customer experience by addressing inquiries, ensuring timely responses, and solving issues effectively. + Monitor client accounts and develop strategies to meet their specific needs, recognizing opportunities for growth or upselling. + Work closely with other departments, such as sales, IT, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery. + Manage contracts, schedules, account documentation, and reporting to support internal and client-facing processes. Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, communications, or a related field preferred. + 2+ years in account management, customer service, or administrative roles. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint), CRM tools, and database software is required. + Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for tailoring presentations to specific audiences. + Demonstrated ability to provide stellar client service, resolve conflicts professionally, and prioritize client needs. + Strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
