Account Manager
Description We are looking for a driven and personable Account Manager to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina. This is a Contract to permanent position, ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in inside sales and account management. The role focuses on building lasting relationships with clients, managing inbound inquiries, and driving business-to-business sales growth. Responsibilities: • Manage and nurture client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention. • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and provide solutions tailored to customer needs. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. • Proactively seek opportunities to expand business within existing accounts. • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences. • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and customer interactions. • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products or services. • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. • Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth. Requirements • Proven experience in account management and inside sales. • Strong knowledge of B2B sales strategies and best practices. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to effectively manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks. • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools. • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships. • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. • Familiarity with industrial sector sales is a plus.
