**Position Summary**
**** As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring strong partnerships with Markets by serving as a unified representative of Integrated Business Services (IBS). You will ensure seamless alignment with NBS Centers to promote effective communication and collaboration. In addition to coordinating project implementations, you will actively support ongoing service delivery by providing actionable insights, tracking progress against key actions, and ensuring timely follow-up on determined actions.
**A day in the life of...**
+ Act as the primary point of contact for Markets in scope, ensuring consistent and transparent communication.
+ Ensure the IBS Governance Model is applied effectively across all service lines, maintaining compliance and consistency.
+ Coordinate Steering Committees between IBS and the Markets.
+ Monitor, track, and follow up on escalations, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder satisfaction.
+ Contribute to problem-solving initiatives and support continuous improvement by identifying root causes and proposing actionable solutions.
+ Coordinate key projects agreed upon with the Markets, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are aligned with expectations.
+ Engage and communicate with key stakeholders to maintain alignment and foster collaboration across functions.
+ Regularly review outcomes, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to enhance future projects and service delivery.
+ Leverage available data and reporting tools to measure progress, highlight improvement areas, and celebrate successes.
+ Support change management efforts by ensuring Markets are informed, prepared, and engaged throughout transitions.
+ Measure IBS business impact for the market as per the defined framework (financial and non-financial KPI's).
**What will make you successful**
+ Knowledge of Project, Program and Portfolio Management.
+ Previous account management experience and/or familiarity with the IBS Centers or past shared service experience.
+ Change Management and Communication to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and motivate others.
+ Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify root causes and continuous improvement solutions.
+ Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use data-driven insights to report progress and identify necessary actions.
+ Demonstrates strong autonomy and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
+ Resilient in the face of challenges, maintaining focus and adaptability.
