Account Manager
Role Description As an Account Manager for Dash, you will take ownership of a high-potential territory in Australia, focused on acquiring strategic, high-value customers. You’ll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, cultivating executive-level relationships, and helping organisations unlock the power of Dropbox AI solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with our global teams, gain exposure to senior leadership, and influence how customers reimagine digital collaboration and content intelligence. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping Dropbox's impact in the Australian market. Responsibilities Develop and execute a territory-specific strategy to drive new business and pipeline generation.Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and multiple lines of business within target accounts.Understand and articulate customer pain points and how Dropbox AI and Dash address those challenges.Collaborate with local channel partners to co-sell and uncover growth opportunities.Partner closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.Lead comprehensive account planning, from early engagement to deal closure and post-sale handoff.Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to build brand visibility and momentum in-market.Accurately forecast, manage, and report on sales activity, pipeline, and revenue targets using CRM tools. Requirements 8+ years of experience in B2B software sales, including managing and closing complex, strategic dealsProven ability to build and manage senior-level customer relationshipsDemonstrated success in pipeline generation, opportunity qualification, and negotiationA results-driven mindset with strong business acumen and the ability to work autonomouslySkilled at navigating ambiguity and driving alignment across internal and external stakeholdersExperience collaborating with channel partners and cross-functional teamsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence global teamsWillingness to travel within Australia for customer and partner meetings and eventsProficiency in using CRM platforms such as Salesforce to manage and track deals and performanceComfortable working in a Virtual First environment with occasional in-person engagements Preferred Qualifications Ability to meet team members in Sydney on a weekly basis Experience working in or selling to AI-driven, SaaS, or start-up environmentsFamiliarity with technology ecosystems such as Symantec, AWS, GCP, and SalesforceTrack record of closing deals in collaboration with partner networks or reseller channelsKnowledge of the enterprise or mid-market tech landscape Company Description Dropbox isn’t just a workplace—it’s a living lab for more enlightened ways of working.
