Description Position Overview: The Account Manager will serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships, delivering exceptional service, and driving account growth. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Requirements Key Responsibilities: + Serve as the primary liaison between the company and assigned clients. + Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular check-ins and proactive communication. + Understand client goals and ensure our services align with their business objectives. + Coordinate with internal teams to deliver client solutions, resolve issues, and meet deadlines. + Prepare and present reports, proposals, and performance updates. + Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand client accounts. + Manage contract renewals, billing inquiries, and client documentation.
