Account Manager
What You’ll Do + Manage and grow relationships with key accounts and distributors in alignment with global strategies + Understand customer business models and provide tailored solutions + Offer technical support and product expertise in lubrication systems + Collaborate with marketing to deliver high-value product information + Coordinate with supply chain and inside sales to ensure seamless service + Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining existing accounts What You Bring Must-Haves: + 5+ years of sales experience in the automotive, lubricants, or chemical industry + Technical background or education in engineering or chemistry + Strong communication and listening skills to bridge customer needs with R&D + Proven ability to manage accounts and drive value-added sales Nice-to-Haves: + 10–15 years of experience (compensation adjusted accordingly) + Experience selling technical or engineered products + Familiarity with Japanese business culture or global coordination Top Skills + Account Management + Technical Sales (Lubricants/Chemicals) + Engineering or Chemistry Background + Automotive Industry Knowledge Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr. - Company Bonus Yearly- Company pays 90% of health benefits- Company paid short and long term benefits- 401K after 1 year of employment and its up to 6% of salary- 4 weeks of PTO - 10 calendar holidays Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Maize,KS.
