Competitive Compensation & Benefits Annual Salary: $80,000–$95,000, based on experience. Paid Time Off: Start with 48 hours, increasing to 168 hours with tenure. Key Duties & Responsibilities Account Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders. Address client objectives and concerns thoughtfully and effectively, escalating issues to senior leadership as needed. Monitor progress to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met and communicate achievements to align BGIS goals with client needs. Collaborate with multiple contacts to manage product/project delivery schedules, client deliverables, and cross-department deliverables. Contribute to the completion of key initiatives as assigned. Business Development Partner with business development teams to identify and pursue expansion opportunities with existing clients. Renew and expand services with assigned client base. Required Education, Knowledge, and Abilities Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, construction management, business administration, or equivalent work experience. Minimum 4 years of applicable work experience in the construction or facilities management industry. Minimum 3 years of account management experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong ability to collaborate in a team environment with internal and external stakeholders. Problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. Time management skills to balance multiple competing priorities. Relationship-building skills to maintain existing client connections and forge new industry contacts. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project required; SharePoint knowledge preferred; CRM experience a plus. Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) certification or designation preferred. Physical Demands & Work Environment Ability to perform essential job duties satisfactorily, with reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities, absent undue hardship.
