Veolia WTS is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our specialty chemical solutions division. This pivotal role involves managing key client relationships, providing technical expertise in water and process treatment applications, and driving business growth through innovative solutions. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, leveraging technical knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.


What are the Day-to-Day Duties?

Serve as primary contact for assigned customer sites, focusing on specialty chemicals sales for water and process treatment applicationsProvide technical service and consultancy for water treatment solutionsCreate and implement customer value propositions to drive growthApply technologies to address diverse water and process treatment needsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise solutionsDevelop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targetsEnsure compliance with safety and environmental practicesPartner with internal stakeholders to enhance customer support

Qualifications

Preferred Skills and Experience

Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical), Chemistry, or related discipline, or industry experienceMinimum 6 years' technical sales experience in Water Treatment/Water Process industryWorking knowledge of HPI and/or CPI Process industryProven track record in technical chemical salesStrong analytical capabilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office suiteExcellent communication and presentation skillsDemonstrated ability to manage time and budgets effectively
