What will you be doing?
Lead: Drive revenue and margin performance by monitoring sales velocity, inventory levels, receipts, ensuring accuracy and identifying actionable insights, monthly. Identify growth opportunities through efforts such as in-store activations, associate education and season promotions. Collaborate: Collaborate with regional retail teams across multi-door accounts to enhance product visibility and ensure alignment with brand merchandising standards. Act as key point of contact between internal teams and retail partners ensuring seamless communication around sales performance and shipment timeliness. Communicate: Communicate key business insights and strategic recommendations to internal leadership and external partners, supporting alignment across sales, marketing, and product through weekly business recaps on top account retail sales, as well as total territory shipments vs LY, forecast, and budget. Manage: Manage account specific budgets, ensuring alignment with sales goals. Manage sell-through at retail to improve brand demand as well as deliver increased retailer gross margins. Own planning and business analysis to support growth initiatives across all categories and accounts.

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience Previous sales experience preferably with independent/specialty shoe stores in the Western US Experienced with both field and corporate working relationships Ability to set strategy and prioritize tasks Strong partnering skills; problem solving and analytical skills SAP Experience preferred Ability to travel 75% of the time, covering 11 Western states Must be located in CA, WA or OR.
