Account Manager
Description We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to support sales operations and customer engagement while contributing to overall business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Follow up on a high volume of commercial quotes weekly to ensure timely responses and customer satisfaction. • Maintain and update the Salesforce database with accurate and up-to-date information. • Perform general data entry tasks to support sales processes and enable smooth operations. • Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting with price and sales quotes. • Support trade show preparations during off-season periods, ensuring all materials and logistics are managed effectively. • Respond to inbound calls and deliver detail-oriented assistance to clients. • Collaborate with the sales team to streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency. Requirements • Proven experience in account management or a similar role, with a focus on customer engagement. • Proficiency in managing sales and price quotes with attention to detail. • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including data entry and administration. • Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle inbound calls professionally. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a high volume of tasks. • Familiarity with trade show preparation and support is a plus. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
