Roseann Mabry from Robert Half is partnering with a large organization in St. Louis to place the Director of Account Management on a direct hire basis. The full time position for the Director of Account Management will manage a team of 10 business development reps in the field. This is a position that travels nationally 60% of the time. Travel is required. Must have 6 plus years of leading a successful team to grow market share. Duties will include traveling with the team, doing joint visits, training and developing the team, create KPI's, and continue to grow market share. This role needs experience in any of these industries: Healthcare, Benefits, or Financial Services. Will be using Salesforce daily. Should manage and work through the RFP process with the clients. Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of 10 business development representatives
• Train and develop the team to enhance their skills and performance
• Travel with the team as required, managing joint visits with clients
• Utilize Salesforce for daily operations and data management
• Work through the Request for Proposal (RFP) process with clients
• Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the team
• Coordinate travel arrangements for business development activities
• Drive market share growth through efficient account management
• Oversee day-to-day management and business reporting tasks
• Handle accounting functions and budget processes using Accounting Software Systems
• Plan and execute campaigns related to business development.
Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role as an Account Manager
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with CRM platforms, Salesforce Administration preferred
• Solid understanding of Accounting Functions and Budget Processes
• Proven track record of successful Campaign Planning
• Experience in Day-To-Day Management of accounts
• Ability to provide Employee Training and Performance Management
• Demonstrated skills in Business Development
• Experience in coordinating Travel Arrangements for team members
• Capable of conducting KPI Reporting, Business Reporting, and Data Reporting
• Familiarity with RFP (Request For Quote) and understanding of RFP Requirements TalentMatch®
